About

Pick the pan a recipe calls for and the one you want to use. The tool computes the surface-area ratio so you know how much to scale ingredients. Bundt pans get a 30 percent discount for the hole.

How to use

  1. Pick the pan you have.
  2. Pick the pan you want.

FAQ

Will baking time change?+

Yes. Wider, shallower pans bake faster. Deeper pans bake longer. Check 5 to 10 minutes earlier than the recipe says, and use a toothpick test.
