Each row says how many days before the deadline a milestone must be done. Dates fill in automatically. Weekends can be skipped if your team works Mon to Fri.

About

Tell the tool when something is due and how many days each milestone needs to happen before then. It fills in the dates for each milestone, optionally skipping weekends. Built for project plans, content calendars, and any work where the deadline is fixed and the start date is whatever you make it.

How to use

  1. Enter the final deadline.
  2. Add or edit milestones with how many days before the deadline they need to be done.
  3. Toggle weekend skipping if you don't work weekends.
  4. Each row shows the actual calendar date.

FAQ

Does it skip holidays?+

No, only weekends. Holidays vary by country and industry. Add a buffer day or two before any milestone that lands near one.

Can I save my plan?+

Not yet. The tool is a quick calculator. Copy the dates into your project tracker if you need to keep them.
