Why is rolling a 7 with 2d6 the most common?+
There are six combinations that sum to 7 (1+6, 2+5, 3+4, 4+3, 5+2, 6+1) out of 36 total. That's 16.67%, more than any other sum.
Can it handle modifiers like 1d20+5?+
Adjust the target instead. To find odds of rolling 1d20 and getting at least 15 with a +5 modifier, ask for at least 10 (15 − 5).
