Paste the HTML into Gmail (Settings → Signature → "html source" toggle), Outlook, or Apple Mail. Avoid background images. Keep total height under 200px - long signatures get clipped on mobile.

How do I add it to Gmail?+

Settings → General → Signature → New. Paste the HTML in the editor (Gmail will accept formatted HTML directly).
