About
Print or screenshot a pace band before a race. Each line shows the cumulative time at that distance, so you know if you're on pace just by glancing at your watch.
How to use

- Get the per-mile or per-kilometer splits.
FAQ
Should I run even splits?+
For most runners, slightly negative splits (second half faster) is the goal. The world records on most distances were set with fairly even splits.
Does it account for elevation?+
No. Adjust manually for hilly courses. A common rule is 10-15 seconds per mile slower for every 100 ft of elevation gain.
