Most US salaries are paid biweekly (26 paychecks) or semi-monthly (24 paychecks on the 15th and last of the month). Two of the months in a biweekly schedule have three paychecks; using those for savings is one of the easier wins. Daily uses 260 work days; hourly uses your specified weekly hours.

FAQ
Why is biweekly different from semi-monthly?+
Biweekly means every 2 weeks, which gives 26 paychecks per year (and two months with three paychecks). Semi-monthly means twice a month, which gives 24. Many people confuse them.
