FAQ
Why is a 14 inch so much bigger than a 12 inch?+
Area scales with the square of diameter. A 14 inch is 36% bigger by area than a 12 inch. Bigger pizzas are usually a much better deal per slice.
What about thickness?+
Thickness varies by style but the calculator assumes the same style. Comparing a thin 12 to a deep dish 16 isn't apples to apples.
