Rotate the alphabet by N. ROT13 is self-inverse (apply twice to recover). ROT5 covers digits classically. ROT47 covers all printable ASCII (separate tool). Trivially breakable with frequency analysis.

Why is ROT13 special?+
13 is half of 26, so applying ROT13 twice returns the original. ROT5 used to handle digits in older Usenet. The full ASCII version is ROT47.
