FAQ
What counts as a rep?+
Shoulder blades flat at the bottom, elbows or torso to thighs at the top. Knees bent, feet held. Pace doesn't matter.
Are sit-ups bad for your back?+
Repeated full sit-ups stress the lower spine. For testing they're fine. For training, planks and dead bugs are kinder to your back.
