What's the resolution of the frames?+

Same as the source video. A 1080p video gives you 1920×1080 frames.

JPG or PNG?+

JPG for photos and most video content (smaller files, good enough quality). PNG if the source has flat colors, text overlays, or screenshots that need pixel-perfect clarity.
